Prepay Program
Please Note: Due to the nature of prepay programs, our prepay packages are structured differently than our proof programs. Prepay packages are not interchangeable with proof packages.
Summary
- Payment will be made at the time of the photography session.
- Parents will have 3 pose styles and 3 packages to choose from.
- Parents may order more than one package, but only one pose per package ordered. If a pose is not selected, we will use the classic head and shoulder close-up.
- Staff will receive a free bordered class picture (if available), and one free staff package (see details below).

Staff Package **
Staff members will receive one free package of themselves only, comprised of the following:
- 1 5x7
- 4 wallets
Commission Options
- Your Child Care program is entitled to a 10% Sales Commission (Minus sales tax)
- As an alternative, you can choose to apply the 10% Sales Commission to the price of each package (lowering the price by 10%)
Set-up Packet
- Approximately 3 weeks prior to the picture date, each center will receive a set-up packet.
- Your center will receive a supply of payment envelopes, one for each student.
- Selected prop and poses will be advertised as a color sample printed on envelopes.
- Advertising banners (Number sent will be determined at the time of booking)
- Your center will receive a supply of reminder flyers to be sent home several days before picture day.
Picture Day
- Your Photographer will arrive about 45 minutes prior to the photo session.
- A space roughly 10'x10' is requested. All pictures will be photographed inside.
- Class pictures will be photographed as a group (normally in front of the backdrop).
- Parents can purchase as many packages as they would like. One pose per package.
- Please note the following important details:
- Only students with payments included in their ordering envelopes will be photographed.
- Change will not be available on picture day. Parents are responsible for exact payment.
- Credit Card payments must be made by phone to our office prior to picture day.
- Plank’s Photo will not be responsible for lost cash prior to our receipt of a payment envelope.
- Touch up services will not be available for pre-pay programs.
Siblings and Families
- Siblings and Families are welcome to be photographed on Picture Day.
- Sibling orders must have payment for each package purchased.
- All packages are ONE POSE ONLY. No split orders, no exceptions.
- Additional ordering envelopes will be available on Picture Day.
- Scheduling for restricted time slots for sibling and family pictures will be at the discretion of each Center. Centers will want to make this decision for their own convenience. If no decision is made, we will photograph any qualifying siblings in sequential order.

**The staff package is a picture of the staff member only. Pictures of the staff member's family (with or without the staff member in the picture) must be purchased as a standard package.
