What if Proofs are not returned?
- Try to collect the majority of the proofs and return them. We request that all proofs be returned, but don’t make an issue if they are not.
Can a parent turn in their order after the rest of our orders have been sent in?
- Yes they can and the prices will stay the same but there is a additional $5.50 shipping fee.
Can my parents get releases for their pictures?
- Not at this time. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please feel to contact us.
Can pictures be exchanged for different poses?
- Unfortunately, our prices are structured in such a way that this is not possible. The reorder sheet is the best way to get additional poses.
Do the employee discounts apply after initial orders are placed?
- Employee discounts and promotional items are only available at the time of the initial order. Additionally, employees are responsible for noting any discounts and/or promotional items at the time they place their initial order.
How will I be contacted for Picture day?
- The photographer will contact the center prior to Picture Day for last minute details.
- Each center will have access to our toll-free number, as well as photographer’s cell phone number.
- Ordering envelopes for prepay programs will have our phone number for questions or credit card payments.
- Reorder forms have our address and phone number printed on them for parents who would like to contact us directly regarding questions.
- Phone messages will be answered within one business day.
- We will inform the center if an issue needs to be resolved with a student’s order.
- We will coordinate returned items with each center.
I need to mail an order form to your office. Where should I send it?
- Please send the order form to the mailing address listed on our contact page.
Why doesn't the online order system show my children's pictures?
- Your children are precious, and their safety is of utmost importance to us. Providing digital pictures of your children would require us to link that picture to other sensitive data (such as your address). If that data were compromised, it could put your children in danger. We don't want to take ANY risk, however unlikely, which could put your child in danger.
How are refunds handled?
- Refunds or remakes must be requested by the parents within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds will only be available on packages returned in their entirety. Partial packages do not qualify for refunds.
- Requests for refunds and remakes after 10 days will be handled on an individual basis, and are not guaranteed.
How are returned checks handled?
- Returned checks will be discretely collected. We will try to contact the parents personally. In rare occurrence that we are unable to contact the parent, we will mail them a letter in care of the center.
How does In-Kind for our Head Start work?
- In-Kind is available at each center for donated items.
- In-kind is available for the proof program photography activity.
- Each center is responsible to have their In Kind form available for the photographer to sign.
- Additional requests for In Kind must be cleared with our office prior to Picture Day.
